Dear Parents/Carers
Welcome back after the Summer holidays. We hope you all had a restful and fun time with your children.
We would like to welcome all the new children and families to nursery and hope you will all feel settled very soon. A big congratulations to Miss Levene on her engagement over the summer, looking forward to the sound of wedding bells soon. Some of you will have noticed a few new faces at the end of last term. We are very pleased to have Mrs Revell and Mrs Roberts join our team.
Over the summer I have changed the uniform slightly, the staff are now in a sapphire blue polo, and we will be phasing in the same colour sweatshirts for the children. The royal blue is still acceptable, the children’s polos haven’t changed.
We still ask that you send your children’s packed lunch in a hard box so we can wipe them down. Please ensure they only have water in their bottles.
Please term dates on the information page, I have had to change them slightly from what was sent out over the summer.
All children are required to change into black plimsolls on arrival at Nursery, this is for health, safety and hygiene reasons. Wellington boots and a warm coat/all in one, should be provided for your child to change into for outside play. Please also provide sun cream and a hat, clearly named, for the warmer weather. Please ensure that ALL clothing is clearly named.
If your child is unable to attend nursery for any reason, you must inform us by calling the Nursery mobile, 07415 430534, on the first day of absence. This number must be used at all times when contacting us during Nursery Sessions
Can we remind you of the importance of informing us of any changes in your details or circumstances. it is vital that we have up to date information for your child. Please ensure your emergency contact numbers are available at all times.
We are on Facebook and Instagram so please go in and ‘like’ us. We add what’s been happening at nursery to these sites for you all to see, along with relevant information for you to remember.
